What we provide
We provide genetic screening for wellbeing and lifestyle purposes, together with counseling and an action plan. Our reports are educational. They are not a medical diagnosis and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor. Always consult a licensed physician or registered dietitian before making significant health decisions.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the sample you provide is your own, or that you are the parent or legal guardian of the person it belongs to, and that the details you give us are accurate.
Turnaround
Reports are usually ready about 28 days after the laboratory receives your sample. Delays can happen where a sample is insufficient and needs to be recollected; we will tell you if that happens.
Accounts
Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
Limitation
Our liability for any claim relating to a programme is limited to what you paid for that programme.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
