We want you to be comfortable with your purchase. This policy explains when a refund is possible.
Before the kit is dispatched
Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. Email us with your order number.
After dispatch, before the sample is processed
You may cancel and return the unused kit. We refund what you paid less the cost of the kit and courier.
Once the laboratory has processed your sample
The analysis cannot be undone, so orders are not refundable at this point. If something has gone wrong with your report, contact us — we will re-run the analysis or reissue the report at no cost.
Damaged or faulty kits
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the kit free of charge.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
